All Medicare-eligible consultations are bulk billed for patients with a valid Medicare card. Some items, including privately purchased vaccines and consumables, attract a fee.
General practice works best when someone knows your history. Have a look through, pick the GP who suits, and book them by name — it makes more difference than most people expect.

Our GPs hold general registration with AHPRA. Areas listed are special interests within general practice rather than recognised specialist registration. If you need a specialist, your GP will refer you.
Any of our GPs can look after general health. These are the doctors who've told us a particular area is one they especially enjoy.

Allied health attracts a fee. These services aren't bulk billed. If you have a chronic condition, a GP chronic condition management plan may make some sessions Medicare-subsidised — ask your GP whether you're eligible. Reception will tell you the cost when you book.
Reception is where most of it gets sorted — the longer appointment, the urgent slot, the question about what something costs. They would far rather you asked than guessed.
Between our doctors and allied health team, these are spoken here. Tell reception which you'd prefer when you book, and we'll match you where we can.
Not on the list? A phone interpreter can be arranged through TIS National on 1800 555 660 or 131 450 — tell reception when you book. For an Auslan interpreter, tell reception when you book and we will help arrange one.
Yes. Choose your GP when you book online through HotDoc, or tell reception who you'd like when you ring. It's worth doing — a doctor who knows your history notices what's changed, and you spend less of each appointment explaining yourself.
Yes, several, and you can ask for one when you book without explaining why. If your preferred doctor is fully booked, reception will tell you when she's next available or offer another GP who provides the same care. Use the "Female GPs" filter above to see who's available.
Depends what it's for. Anything ongoing or complicated is usually worth waiting for your regular GP. Anything acute — an infection, an injury, a child with a fever — is better seen today by whoever's available. Reception will help you weigh it up if you're unsure.
Between them our GPs speak Arabic, Mandarin, Hindi, Punjabi, Farsi, Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, Dari and Pashto. Use the search box above, or ask reception. If your language isn't covered, a phone interpreter can be arranged through TIS National.
It's an area a GP particularly enjoys and has built experience in through their training and practice. It isn't specialist registration — that's a formally recognised qualification, and our doctors hold general registration with AHPRA. If you need a specialist, your GP will refer you.
No referral is needed to book most allied health appointments — book online or ring reception. If you have a chronic condition, a GP chronic condition management plan from your doctor may make some sessions Medicare-subsidised, so it's worth asking your GP whether you're eligible first.
No, allied health services attract a fee. A GP chronic condition management plan can make a limited number of sessions Medicare-subsidised each year if you're eligible. Reception will tell you the cost when you book.
Yes, new patients are welcome and walk-ins are accepted subject to doctor availability. Complete the new patient form through HotDoc before you come in and you'll save time at reception — otherwise arrive about five minutes early.
